I'm writing in concern

of my payment

for those poems

you published a couple of months ago.

It took me a while

my pencil broke.

I am broke.

Dear publisher

I understand that geopolitical situation

is not beneficial

for poetry collection's sales revenue

the fact is

it never was

never will be

poetry doesn't sell well

now -

that's not my problem

do whatever you will

but give me those damn gold coins

I need to buy Easter eggs and bunnies for my kid.

He doesn't believe in geopolitical situations.

Dear publisher

I don't need to go to the petrol station anymore

there is not enough petrol in the tank to move an inch forward.

by the time I come

back from work,

I've spent more on petrol, parking and nanny

than I've gained.

Dear publisher,

you might ask yourself where is my support net

there is none -

please pay me up before Easter comes.

My pencil broke.

So am I.
